Prof. Ton Duc Do

Ph.D, Full Professor at Nazarbayev University

Prof. Ton Duc Do is a Full Professor at school of Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Nazarbayev University. He is now also the director of PhD program in Robotics. His research interests span advanced control and disturbance-observer-based control, electric machine drives, intelligent and autonomous robotic systems, renewable energy conversion and integration, wind and solar power forecasting, hybrid microgrids, and AI-enabled energy optimization and management. His research also covers electromagnetic actuation, magnetic particle imaging, and targeted drug delivery systems. His work combines control theory, artificial intelligence, data-driven methods, modelling, and experimental validation to develop high-performance and reliable solutions for energy, robotics, and biomedical applications.
